Commercial
Commercial projects includes working office spaces.
A commercial project includes a working space, in this case Simone was requested to assist an Architectural company.
They were experiencing stagnation in their business and the office space was feeling dull. The staff morale was low and they were demotivated. Most serious of all the staff were experiencing health problems. One of the key managers was also hospitalised.
When Simone did the Feng Shui, she found that the building was not the right Qi (Chee). Also that the staff were sitting in areas that were not good for them.
Simone re-arranged the internal layout for the office to receive good energy and Qi. She also customised each staff members desk to be in their favourable locations.
As a skilled Feng Shui practitioner, she also suggested that they put a water feature in a certain area to bring in the productive Qi.
The results were amazing – staff are more engaged and the health issued drastically reduced. They have a much more energised and vibrant work space.
Retail
Retail projects include shops and restaurants.
A retail project include a shops and restaurants, Simone has done the layout and Feng Shui for very large franchises here in South Africa, with a great amount of success.
Restaurants and shops need to be aligned to the energy flow in order to bring in the right customers. Also the placing of the cash register has to be strategically placed. So that the cash collection is optimized.
So once the customers walk in the door, they also feel the energy of the place (whether on a conscious or subconscious level) they sit down to eat and enjoy the atmosphere of the place.
Simone also ensures that the service staff are energized and feel energized about their work.

Simone uses a very powerful technique called the 8 Mansions. She places each person in their most energizing sector and direction.

Apartment projects include units that are part of a bigger building and have personal living area.
An apartment project includes a living and now also working space. It is very similar to the house projects, however the application of the Feng Shui principles is a little different.
In the case of apartments, Simone also uses the 8 Mansions, but the application is slightly different. The reason for that is because the apartment unit is part of a larger building.
Simone has done many apartments in the 20 years that she has been doing Feng Shui. She knows the South African environment very well. She can find solutions where most people just give up.
